Chief of Defence Force Fellowship - Application Process

Who is Eligible?

Permanent members of the ADF who can demonstrate evidence of their ability to research, and produce a paper at an advanced level in a field relevant to the needs of Defence.

Selection Criteria

Applications will need to address the following criteria

1.     How the research will be beneficial to Defence.

2.     What areas their research may be best utilised

In general, applicants with higher qualifications and research in related fields will be considered more favourably than those with lower post-graduate qualifications or those with limited or unrelated research experience.

When do you apply?

Applications are called for in February of each year.  Notification of call for applications will also be advertised on the Air Power Development Centre website.
