This biennial conference attracts more than 1000 delegates from national and international Air Forces and other military Services, Government, Defence Industry, academia and think tanks. Over the years, the RAAF Air Power Conference has grown into a regionally and internationally respected forum that has engaged a number of important and relevant air power themes in its discussions.

The 2020 Air Power Conference will provide an opportunity for the military and national security communities to come together to explore the implications for air and space power, and air and defence forces, evolving from the rapidly changing strategic context in the Indo-Pacific.

Led by top international and Australian experts the Conference will discuss the strategic context in the Indo-Pacific and the factors that are both driving and accelerating change. The Conference will then explore what this means for how air and space power can contribute to Indo-Pacific security.
