Aimed at LAC/W - CPL and FLGOFF's, the Leader Enrichment Program is not delivered as a leadership course, although it will positively influence your leadership abilities. Instead, the program aims to provide an enriching experience that empowers junior leaders.

Jericho Fellowship
These opportunities deliver research outcomes based on the Jericho 21- Enterprise program. The research is focused on responsibly challenging the status quo, thinking innovatively, and delivering agile creative effects. Research in these fellowships have a technical solution focus.

Air Force Fellowship
Air Force Fellowships are Masters by research positions. The fellowships foster a greater understanding of Air Power or Space Power topics. These positions are critical in Air Force developing strategic thinkers who lead.

- Completion of MPhil (Masters of Philosophy)
- Publication of Thesis by ASPC
- Opportunity to present research findings to SLT and other relevant fora
Sir Richard Williams Scholarship
The Williams Scholarship program is a cooperative activity between the Sir Richard Williams Foundation and the Air and Space Power Centre. It aims to develop Air Force personnel with the intellectual skills, theoretical knowledge and practical experience to engage credibly in the global air and space power dialogue.

- Provision of a grant to support PhD research up to $20,000 per PhD candidate
- Publication of Thesis by ASPC
- Opportunity to present findings at Williams Foundation Seminars, and other relevant fora
National Security College Fellow
The academic environment at the NSC is multi-disciplinary, highly interactive and responsive to the security problems of a world in change. Our staff are at the cutting edge of crafting a new hybrid discipline of knowledge, at the intersection of domestic and international security – national security for the challenges of the 21st century.

School of Advanced Air and Space Studies
Completion of a year of study with the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies in Alabama, United States of America. Graduates will complete a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Military Strategy

Professional Currency
The Runway
The Runway provides access to resources that support formal Individual Professional Military Education through courses such as:
- Ab-Initio training (ADFA, OTS, RTU)
- Program Wirraway
- Commander's Seminars
- Air Practitioners in a Joint Environment
- Niagara program
The Runway is designed to be a self-directed and personalised experience for the individual user. This resource is delivered by the Air Force School of Postgraduate Studies, a unit that facilitates formal learning elements of professional mastery to the Royal Australian Air Force.
The Forge
The Forge provides an online, external learning portal that can be accessed anywhere, anytime. The core study areas are structured in a way that complements and extends on traditional course delivery. This means that users can interact with The Forge out of personal interest, to enhance their professional development or to assist with research for formal education and training offered across the national security sector.
This resource is delivered by the Australian Defence College (ADC), an institution which facilitates formal learning elements of professional mastery to the Defence organisation
Grounded Curiosity
Grounded Curiosity seeks to share ideas and lessons for the profession of arms, focused on junior leaders. It is a culture of professional curiosity from the ground-up that underpins our adaptive action, mission command, and critical thinking. It is these conversations that Grounded Curiosity seeks to support.
Whilst the aim is to spark discussion about the profession of arms, a secondary aim is to provide an example of a blog by active service members that remains within the bounds of professionalism, information security, public comment, and common courtesy.
Propel Her
#PropelHerAUS is a forum hosted by Grounded Curiosity for constructive advice and recommendations as well as links to further readings and resources. Propel Her provides a platform to:
- Empower women to shape their careers and enhance their professional development.
- Curate an inclusive and diverse space for knowledge sharing and respectful discourse
- Encourage collaboration and networking between defence women and their supporters.
