Young Leaders Forum: PitchFest
What idea do you have for the future? Perhaps it's inventing new a technology, or something you think is important that's beyond the future force?
It is your chance to shape the future of our organisation and impress the Senior Enlisted Panel with your ground-breaking ideas. The Young Leaders Forum: Pitchfest is seeking bold submissions from aviators for a shark tank-style presentation to put forward their thoughts and ideas on future challenges and innovative solutions for the future of Air Force and the Defence organisation; a presentation unlike any other. Share your passion and vision.
This is not just a chance to be heard, it is a springboard to launch your idea into reality. Completed presentations (8mins max) must be submitted COB 21 February 2025. Please note, you need to have registered your attendance to Clear To Launch: Junior Aviator Symposium for your submission to be eligible.
Submissions can be sent to Miss Cass Bowers at airpower@defence.gov.au
