ASPC's Sir Richard Williams Scholar Kate Yaxley and her research team have successfully completed trials investigating the effectiveness and efficiency of drones versus dogs in sheep mustering. While the results haven't resigned kelpies to the dog house just yet, data collected by the trial will help to inform and integrate artificial intelligence control of mustering drones in the future.
