
Squadron Leader Trembath was born in Wauchope, Australia. She studied secondary education at Queensland University of Technology and began her teaching career. She lived in Japan for several years before returning to Australia and joining the Royal Australian Air Force in July 2009 as a direct-entry qualified Training Systems Officer. Upon completing Officer Training School, she was posted to the Air Training Wing Training Systems Team, RAAF Base East Sale.
Her appointments as a junior officer include learning and development roles in Combat Support Group Training Systems Team in 2012, 295 Squadron in 2014, and RAAF Security and Fire School in 2015 as the Officer in Charge of Training Support Flight. During her time at the school, she received a Silver Commendation for creating a contemporary adult learning environment and supporting the Director of Security Air Force in establishing the Operational Safety Training framework. Squadron Leader Trembath deployed in 2017 as the Personal Staff Officer to Commander Air Task Group 630 in Qatar. Upon promotion to Squadron Leader in 2018, she was posted to the Australian Defence College, Joint Professional Military Education Futures Team. She received a Joint Silver Commendation for her contribution to creating the Australian Defence Force Joint Professional Military Education Continuum and Joint Warfighting learning analysis. In 2021, Squadron Leader Trembath was posted as the Chief Instructor at RAAF Security and Fire School and formed part of the team that implemented Human Performance Optimisation for Security Forces and Fire Fighter training. She commenced the Australian Command and Staff Course at the Australian War College this year.
Squadron Leader Trembath is married to Peter, and they have two daughters, Hannah and Elyse, as well as a beloved chocolate Labrador named Roy. Squadron Leader Trembath enjoys a healthy lifestyle and loves spending time with her family at the beach.
