On Tuesday 22 Mar 2022 at the Air and Space Power Conference 2022, Chief of Air Force assisted by Chief of Navy, Chief of Army, Chief of Joint Capabilities and Mr Michael Shoebridge (ASPI) released the 7th edition of the Air Power Manual. Chief of Air Force noted that in order to deliver capability the whole of the force is essential. Chief of Navy and Chief of Army spoke to the changes in the manual as positive and driving ADF joint capabilities forward for the future while Chief Joint Capabilities praised the considerations on how these all feed national power.
During the session the Defence Space Command version of the "Lightspeed edition" Space Power eManual was also launched.
