AVM Wrigley was a meticulous note-taker who could be considered Australia's classical theorist. Wrigley had an innate understanding of air power and the potential for its support to national power. This book is a collection of notes and other writings on the history and development of air power concepts edited by Alan Stephens and Brendan O'Loghlin. The development of this book would not have been possible without the kind donation of his essays and notebooks to the RAAF.
